Selective treatment towards users

Hi good day to all please if you experienced the similar treatment let me know <br> my normal process been with gumtree from 2010 before I put a add online I would search to see if there are similar adds advertising the item I wish to sell in that way it gives me a idea if it's allowed by gumtree I put a add for a e cig Twisp an the add was removed I could not understand why was my add was removed I then screen grabbed the similar adds that were posted by other uses an sent it to gumtree help centre to a person by the name of Courtney . the response I received was that gumtree does not allow any sale of tabacco an that includes the Twisp e cig which I respect but why were the other adds dated back from the 21/01/2016 still not removed I find that strange an very unfair I screen grab those adds to bring to her (Courtney )attention instead of acting on removing the adds she email me saying I should not send bad behavior of other users !how stupid can sumone be to say that?!
