Rudeness and ******** account suspension

Hello I have been dealing with gumtree from 2013 I sell computer products so I posted some components on gumtree. When it comes to adverts its strict first come first serve' I know there were buyers who got angry with me why I sold the items to other buyers so they reported me to gumtree and what gumtree does they didn't even bother to email me and ask me they simply suspend my account. I have send countless emails to gumtree southafrica with no reply whatsoever. They have rude staff I can mention names. Like Jason and jade.simply rudeness. Gumtree must understand i have a right to admission Doesn't matter it's a free platform but I have the right to be safe. All I want is my account to be unblocked today. Or this matter I will take it higher
