remove of ads and suspened account

Hi i have been new to posting adverts on gumtree under dstv services i was unaware of the policy about duplicating adverts however my ads have been there for two weeks and now i posted something abit different and i got removed out of my account and all my adverts are gone there are people on gumtree that have have duplicated adverts and i see they still there. i have emailed your support team apologizing for not being aware of this policy and i have pleaded for my account to be opened again because my business is loosing out jobs, please can someone do something i have emailed gumtree alot. is there a complaint contact number that i ca acll gumtree south africa on. Please put my account back on.
