Poor Gumtree Admin

Gumtree has the most user unfriendly admin system I have ever seen. I simply wanted to change my email address. You simply cannot change it. In the profile the email is grayed out. I then tried to re-register. It retains your original email. I then created a new account with Gumtree now using a NEW email address. It then created me a UK account and I am in South Africa. Try to change it in Gumtree SA, it keeps on picking up my old profile. I also tried to send them an email to request them to change the address. No response after days!! All this only to change my email address and it's still not working. It is crazy!!!!!!!!
