Policies and ****** comments...

I have two complaints. I once tried to advertise a bb gun on gumtree and my ad never appeared on gumtree, when i enquired why they told me that guns are against their policy(except paintball guns for some unknown reason), since then i have accepted their policy yet if i search 'gun' on gumtree i always seem to find a bb or pellet gun being advertised...did i miss something? 2nd complaint is when i tried to purchase a 2nd hand phone on gumtree, the seller asked me to invite him on whatsapp and when i did i asked him what the condition was as the images on whatsapp werent very clear, the reply was 'has poverty gotten hold of me that i ask the condition of an old phone'...my reply was 'wow! good luck with your sale then,bye', and since then this seller has phoned me twice and verbally abused me in a ****** manner, i reported his ad to gumtree multiple times but they have yet to reply. Nice 1 gumtree.
