Please give me what I paid for
I have recently requested a refund from Gumtree for 2 top paid ads. It should be 3 but I decided to let the third one slide.

The first one is #*** I purchased that ad and when I clicked to \edit and improve your ad"it dissapeared. The second is #*** which was removed because it was a duplicate ad.

In the first instance Gumtree is still to acknowledge that they owe me the refund and after contacting them several times have not responded regarding that particular issue. In the second instance they manned up and \""commited\"" to refunding me for the paid ad. I then proceeded to place one general paid ad and several other product specific paid ads all of which included my business graphic and based on this"
I see that you have already contacted our Help Desk and that you have agents helping you with this. We are more than happy to offer you a refund. However, there are specific (that our Help Desk agent requested) that should not be discussed in a public forum like Hello Peter for your own privacy concerns.
I can understand your frustration but I will ask you to please see it from our perspective. We need to make sure that we are satisfying the needs of those who view the site as well as though who post to the site.
Imagine yourself in their shoes. When you come to a section and there are pages just filled up with one persons ads. It slows down and frustrates their search.
This is why we need to ask users to please respect this policy. Now, I know that it can be frustrating to post in Services when you see other users posting duplicate ads. Please know that we do not encourage following this bad example and that we do routinely go through and remove duplicates from the section.
We do, encourage users to report those who are behaving badly. Simply click on one of their ads and to the right (under the Email Poster form) you will see a tab that says \Report This Ad\".
