Payment for non existent service

On 3 November I paid R255 for the "Category Gallery" option. The money was debited immediately from my account but to date I have not seen my ad as described on the relevant option. The "Category Gallery" option should include: 'Your ad appears in a section at the top of a category's page. More people read and reply to top ads because of their prominent position. You can choose to make your ad on top for days subject to your choice.' I have checked numerous times on Gumtree to check whether or not my ad is shown as described above but to date it is only shown near the bottom of the watches category. I emailed a complaint on 3 November and to date Gumtree SA has not bothered to respond. Very poor service and I will not use any paying options again!
