Pay & Ship **** BY GUMTREE SOUTH AFRICA

Pay & Ship is nonsense. I ordered an item on the 3rd of January 2025. I informed Gumtree and the seller of the item that the product is not working. The lady who sold me the item understood and mentioned that I'll just have to return the goods back to her as Gumtree was still holding on to the funds. I received an email saying that the transaction has been disputed and further instructions to send back the Item via Pargo will be sent through. I called their service centre and absolutely no one answers the calls. Gumtree is running a ****. Not trust worthy,far from being genuine nor reliable. THEY DESERVE LESS THAN 1 STAR!
