Pathetic help desk and blocked advert when it was originally accepted and others that clearly pay can do the same

If i could give this website a no star review, that would be way too much credit. I managed to successfully upload an advert for some of my puppies, first time uploading on my account. It was successful, I then update the advert as i go. All of a sudden, i am blocked to not adhering to their rules???? ***, all i did was change from having 2 puppies to having 1 left and all of a sudden, blocked!!!! try contact their on line support only to be shutdown the moment i started and the call cut off, they dont even give you a second to ask a question...... Yet.... other people are able to advertise a higher volume of pets, Hell, i had 4 pets, some people have 6 and yet they are adhering to the policy... maybe they are promoting and paying for the adverts so they are able to put whatever they want, but if you do a "FREE" advert, you must just accept their pathetic service. they cant advise me why just by changing from having 2 pets to having 1 all of a sudden why it is being blocked except for not adhering as well as please stop trying to post.... seriously bad service and reasons.
