paid for an add an is not activated money was deducted

I had paid for an advert on gumtree on the 11/12/2017 the money was deducted in full, R769 my add is still not active,i have mailed gumtree an it showed on thier website response time will be up to 6 hours, 5 days have gone an still no add an no response from gumtree I am very dissapointed that they have taken my money.
