Non EE/AA and multi level network marketing
I have placed adds on Gumtree for Multi Level Networking positions for people interested in becoming sales reps for a very well known cosmetics company. In all instances these ads has been deleted by Gumtree because of it being what it is and also that some of the ads are shown as non EE/AA. Yet there are so many individuals advertising IFA and other multi level networking vacancies, and they are not being discriminated against and their adds are free to be viewed and for persons to apply for. I find this sick and absolutely discriminating against non EE/AA persons!

I'm sorry to hear that you feel singled out, your ads were removed as our policy is that we do not allow any Multi-level marketing job opportunities on the site. However, as I am sure you can imagine there are thousands of ads posted on Gumtree every day. It is impossible for us to review each ad in detail before it goes on the site. We rely on dedicated users, such as yourself, to flag/report any ads you feel might violate policy so that they will be brought to our attention for further review.
