NO REFUND AFTER AD HAS BEEN DELETED!!!!!

I placed an ad with Gumtree SA and I have also taken their "TOP AD" offer and paid them R875.00. They then deleted my ad without any reason or explanation. I then requested for a refund and did not get any response from them. I again requested a 2nd time for a refund and I am still waiting as no one from Gumtree is responding!!! They are very easy to take your money but when they delete your ad you are battling to get your money back from them. I will keep on advertising their bad service until my money is refunded!!!
