NO FEEDBACK - NO RESPONSE - NO SERVICE
I posted an ad for a compressor for sale on gumtree on 01/12/2015 (2 days ago). I paid R109 for a 'top ad'. My ad is still not live on gumtree and despite me sending many many e-mails to their support desk I have not received any feedback or response from them....<br> VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

Very sorry to hear about your situation.
However, are you using the correct email address? I checked the one you used to post this report and I didn't see anything. No ads and no emails coming through our Help Desk under it.
If you have made a typo in your email address, that might explain why your ad did not go live. Once you write your ad, we send a confirmation email to the address used. If you did not receive that email then most likely you made a typo when entering your email address when posting your ad.
We should be able to resolve this for you, though. Can you please email our Help Desk (and make sure that the email address you enter is correct):
