No access to ads
Gumtree, I can open my account but I cannot post any ads. Contacted Jason via support, got feedback: Yes we have had ongoing tech issues. Thank you for reporting this. Our team is working on this. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I am asking when you will fix your website? It has been 5 days since your website is not in working condition. Please take this complain seriously

29 Sept 2021, 06:26Hello. I did speak to Jason. Not so much can be done, except changing the browser. The one thing I don`t understand. Everytime you make a change on your website is a big problem. I think the only solution is to fire the IT department. Useless. Got a new ad on my phone screen, 1/3 is covered. Not even linked. Cover the content of the website. What should I do with it? I am asking myself. It is sad that there is no one who can make positive changes and takes Gumtree to another level and not bring it down
