Negligence

When placing an ad on Gumtree South African edition, beware of using a decimal point. Being accustomed to electronic banking, inserted a decimal point when pricing my items for sale, followed by double zero for cents, and the decimal point wasn't recognised but zeros retained, such as instead of 5000.00 you see 500000. In the result prices became 100x times higher. My ads were removed and the account locked. I was begging the support desk to resolve my issue and unlock the account. In return - dead silence, no answer, no action. Admit my fault - should have checked the prices before posting, but the support desk attitude after all my emails and begging for help is nothing but negligence!
