**** about the car

I saw an ad for a mercedes 2010 on the ad made arrangements to see the car and it looked nice. I was happy with the condition. Made arrangements to pay when I got the log book I saw the car was a built up and it was a 2009 model not 2010. I now cannot get hold of this guy & I have paid him. Worse part is that the car is not even his and I am a 4th owner not the 2nd as the ad says. The ad ID is *** everything on the description of the ad is not true. All I need is him to take the car and give me my money back coz I cannot have a built up car & the car is not even his. He said there are spare tyres but did not give. Please help me. He even said there is a spare key now its another story
