I brought couches on the 11/05/20 and on the 17/07/20 when I went to fetch them they were in a wrong colour and instead of being a 5 seater they were a 4 seater. The owner wanted me to pay the full price and then told me on the day of collecting that if I don't want the sofas I need to pay a cancelation fee of 10%. Why would I pay cancelation fee when I came to collect the sofas and the mistake was on her part (wrong colour and the number of seats). These terms were not discussed and I was never notified about the colour change. When I refused to take the sofas and asked for my refund... The owner blocked me.
