I paid for an Ad that was never made live
I've had a terrible experience with Gumtree.<br> <br> I put an ad up that I boosted for R99 only to have it removed before it was made live.<br> <br> A week later, I was then charged R109 for the Ad which was never made live!<br> <br> I contacted customer support multiple times but only received radio silence from them - totally unacceptable service!

We would be glad to look into this for you.
However, I did look up the account under this email address you used to post this message and it appears that there has not been any ads posted through that account since late 2014. I also checked and do not see any emails from this address sent through our Help Desk.
I would ask you to please make sure that you are entering the correct email address when posting your ads. If you used another email address to post the ads you mention here, than can you please use that to contact us through our Help Desk:
