Highlight?

I have been advertising on Gumtree for many years, with great success at times. Previously when you paid to have an ad highlighted, it was actually HIGHLIGHTED. This morning I paid R63 for highlighting my ad and and although the sample actually shows HIGHLIGHTING, it seems you only get a thin green line around your ad now. What nonsense is this???
