Having issues with Gumtree south africa for the first time ever

Good Day I Have Been With Gumtree For A Very Long Time And Had A Great Experience

Recently This Year I Had Issues With Gumtree Removing My Ads Of Their Site Without even Informing Me About it I Did log a Request And Inform them About it they Later got back to Me Stating My Ads Are Causing Conflict So I Reached Out to Them again to Try and Understand So they Told me It's Because of the Multiple Accounts I Have So We Agreed To Closing the other Accounts and Me Sticking to One Account..Everything Was done but I honestly never took to mind that they only allow one site and not 1 site per company I had another site that was used for my other company and one for another which is two in total I kept on doing my work as usual advertising on their platform stock that I had for both companies but unfortunately they closed the one account and told me that I can't have more then 2 I was frustrated and Angry at that time because I worked so hard putting time in getting those Ads done and again without Informing me they removed so I did a query and Chantell told me that one account is being closed but *** is left open for posting so I left everything and decided to just focus on one site now they have Restricted my account and I cannot even advertise I have send them many emails to Apologise and plead with them that I made a mistake but they kept ignoring half of my emails and today Jason sends me a message saying that they have decided Gumtree is not the advertising platform for me but I have pleaded and admitted I was wrong and I asked for one more chance whatever emails linking they can shut down but please keep that site on line because that's how I make a living I don't ***** or cheat people I am an honest person and I never gave Gumtree any reason I Sell used spares being doing it for over 7 years with them and now they tell me it's not the right advertising platform for me and they Restricted me from using the site I am pleading with Gumtree to please put my site back online I have nothing against the Jason Chantelle or jade they simply doing their job but please Understand where I'm coming from it's a different storie if I'm committing ***** or cheating people which I'm not
