GUMTREE WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
My support ticket: ZDX6HGMH6B that I have lodged more than 3 hours ago to ask for urgent attention because my car adds have been removed and someone else is advertising a R2000 TV (apparently worth about R20 000) on my account. My name is spelt wrong. .. . . . . I cannot switch my cellphone back on as it rings constantly and have received over 45 calls. There is NO customer service number that you can phone to speak to anybody.<br> I have asked them to contact me on my landline and they do have my email but NADA RESPONSE!!!<br>

Sorry to hear about this... are you sure you had reached the correct Help Desk? (Gumtree South Africa)?
The tracking number for the case appears to not be a South African case ID (Case ID's start with a 0 and are a string of numbers).
I checked your email in our help desk database and saw one email opened on 9/27/2014 in regards to insertion fees.
