Gumtree took my money and removed my ad?
After paying R229-00 for an ad on gumtree they never placed the ad for reasons that where only braught to our attention after paying the amount of money requested for the ad.<br> <br> This is extremely sad to see advertising company's practice in this manner especially a big company like gumtree.<br> <br> We have been registered with CIPRO since 2003 and gumtree for some reason without consulting with us just deletes the ad. <br> <br> If they do this to a big company like ourselves, how many small company's and individuals get this kind of business?<br> <br> Jaun<br> Future Finance<br>

As stated in the email notification you received upon deletion, for the safety of our Gumtree community we only accept ads from valid business email addresses and including valid business landline phone numbers in the financial services category.
We will please ask you to create a new account using your company email (Future finance) in order to post your new listings. Your feature ad will be automatically refunded within the next 5 business days, please do not hesitate to follow up with us (replying to the case you already opened earlier this week) if there is anything else we can do to help.
