Gumtree technical issues aplenty!

As a motordealer I use Gumtree to post some of my vehicles for which I pay a fee for each vehicle. But there are problems after problems. 1stly I tried posting a new add. When I click post, nothing happens. It just stays on the same page. Ive restarted the computer, checked if there could be any issues. But no, it doesnt want to post. I contacted Gumtree technical. They are suppose to respond within 6 hrs. Still waiting more than a day later. Previous issues they also did not respond at all. So today I tried posting again. Same issue. So I signed out of gumtree. Now there is a new issue. I cannot sign back in! Now I have used the forgotten password link. Changed it. Now Gumtree says "the email and password does not match"!! I just changed it 2 minutes previously. I double checked. No, luck. So I did the reset password 3 more times. No luck. Cant sign back in. I now have paid for ads, which I also cannot access. I would advise others to rather use a more efficient and problem free platforms like OLX or Facebook Market place.
