Gumtree Support Non Existent - Daylight ******* & Dishonest!

My ad *** I paid to promote my add for 7 days based on gumtree's promise "Category gallery: Your ad appears in a section at the top of a category's page. More people read and reply to Category gallery ads because of their prominent position. You can choose to promote your ad to the Category gallery for 7 or 31 days."

On Monday 4 Dec I sent this message on their Support Chatline: I've clearly wasted R480 to get my add at the top of the category page - searched last night and this morning - under "Cars & Bakkies" in All SA as well as in Western Cape - could not find in in any of the 50 pages! Searching for "Opel" in Western Cape only found it as last add on page 9 out of 13! This is daylight ******* to pay for more visibility that does not happen at all!!! I've repeated this on their chatline again on Tuesday morning 5 Dec My add is still "invisible" and still zero reaction from Gumtree - absolutely pathetic and blatantly dishonest!
