Gumtree Sucks

I recently placed an adverti*****t on the Gumtree website to sell my car, to appear for seven days but it would not accept the information until I paid the R59 fee. Seconds after I paid with internet banking I could see my adverti*****t was placed on the site. Then suddenly it disappeared. I received a message to say I had not put enough information for the adverti*****t. I could not get access to my adverti*****t again but I had paid for it. I sent an email to ask why they had taken the money before letting me know the adverti*****t didn’t have enough information. I received an email saying they would look into the matter. I then received an email to say they would transfer the money back into my account. It is now 16 days later and they have still not refunded my money. I feel this is a big **** and would like to warn others to be aware.
