Gumtree South Africa is *********** and broken, no help, website errors, no assistance, lazy and no help at all.

Gumtree South Africa has proven itself to be ***********, *************, extremely lazy with no help whatsoever unfortunately! They don't reply and when they do months later, they are too lazy to help, and all they tell me is to read the policies, but even the links they send does not work.

For years no Gumtree South Africa has become a joke, the layout is poor, the searches and categories are limited, the adds and the unnecessary stuff on there is too much, and the website has become slow and frustrating.

What is the worst is when you try to post an add, every time I tried to create one single add, I go through all of the hard work to create the listing, then as soon as it is posted, and I refresh the page.. seconds later, the add is missing! Gone!! Deleted!!! For no reason at all!

Then I need start all over again, which is pathetic! Gumtree doesn't even have the simple and EASY to create profile settings to simply SAVE a template each user can create and save, so that each user can set their own template.. so that every time a user creates a new listing, the user doesn't need to fill in everything all over again.

I have tried everything to ask Gumtree for help but their number doesn't work! They don't answer my emails! They are *********** and lazy, probably fired all of the staff and just raking up the money they make. They simply do not care and there is no help team to quickly fix the issue because they have become just like every other Broken South African business, just like the *********** *******ed and broken government of South Africa! A Complete joke.

Gumtree works beautifully all over the entire world!! Accept for South Africa, here it is just ****! Everything here is **** and broken!
