Gumtree South Africa - Frustation

I have been posting PAID ads on Gumtree for years now for my business, but lately they have been restricting and deleting all my ADS without warning or explanation. I post an ad, pay for it - next moment the AD is gone, then I need to redo it, and then they delete it again. They have some silly system in place now that only permits a user to post 1 ad it seems like, yet I see some users post multiple free and duplicate ads on a daily basis literally minutes apart, yet nothing gets done about this abuse, but me the PAYING customer gets restricted access. I have a business to run and need to make a living. Why is Gumtree South Africa so frustrating.

I cannot for the life of me understand the business policy of Gumtree, and why on earth they would restrict the paying customer, yet the non paying user abuses the system.

Why can't the customer buy as many PAID adverti*****t as he/she likes??? its money for their business.

All the keep saying is that no duplicate ads are allowed, like a broken record, whereas none of my PAID Ads are duplicate. They are all individual PAID ads. Why on earth would I pay duplicate for the same advert.

All I want to do is to give Gumtree my money, but they don't want it.

There is no contact number, no address - its really frustrating to deal with them.
