Gumtree--Some good selling advice

I have been using Gumtree for several years now and overall have been happy using this facility. Sometimes I worry that I only receive a few tentative responses but then again, we all just need 1 keen buyer. Whilst one has to be very careful with ****s, I never give my physical address and arrange to meet at the local police station. Also look out for people who are too keen to buy and want to put funds in your bank account immediately or say they want you to courier the goods to them.
