Gumtree ****

I have paid for an advert on Gumtree South Africa and the ad was never advertised. I informed Gumgree and requested a refund for this but I never got it, instead they stopped responding to my emails and everytime when I make a follow up I was told to email proof of payment which I did. This is a terrible service and this company continues to **** people.

I don't understand why they keep asking people to pay for the service they do not offer. This company is rotten to the core
