Gumtree not answering emails.

On 21/01/2019 I prepared an ad and paid R109-00. I received confirmation of payment and confirmation that my ad was live.

However upon checking there was no ad up.

Pressing 'edit ad' my ad comes up but it will not post.

I have paid but have no ad.

There are no contact numbers to call to ascertain what the problem is.

I have written three emails to enquire what the situation is with no acknowledgement or reply.

There is nothing I can do to solve this problem except to report it here.

Gumtree please help.
