Gumtree *****! Cheats & *****s

Nothing has changed at the Gumtree website. 4 yrs ago the problems I've experienced daily are now once more making life hell. All that had changed when gumtree had made a category for us to advertise for refrigeration as well as we where allowed to post 10 service ads. Then everything had quietened down. Now my problem is gumtree has singled me out by blocking my ads as well as I've been put on a 24 hr no ad thing. Yesterday morning i had noticed that all my ads were just going online then disappearing. I'd checked my emails and confirmed I'd received no warnings from support so I emailed to query what was happening. I'd been told the rules have changed and I cannot post duplicate ads also only one advert and I should not post anything for 24 hrs. While I was the only one blocked the others my competitors where busy placing 8 duplicates online all being active on the site. To make things worse the top ads itself were duplicated. So I'd written in to ask if I'm not being singled out then why are they all not blocked? I even reported their ads Id to the gumtree support as well as use the report button however since then until now nothing has happened. 24hrs later. Which proves that I am the only one being forced to obey such rules. Gumtree doesn't shock me I've seen this behaviour previously. It's not the first time they say the policy is for all users and then they themselves go and activate duplicate ads and on top of that the user with duplicate ads has 7 other duplicates active. What fairness is my one advert next to these 8 users with 8 ads each and some of them have even 9 duplicates all blocking out my single advert. As long as gumtree gets the money they don't care about rules. this morning I go online and see my ad is nowhere to be seen. These ppl have 3 to 4 ads in a row in the front page. What I cannot get is why have I been singled out? Why is it only me? I've been doing what everyone else has been doing so why is it I am wrong but no action is being taken against them? Even after I'd sent an email with all the details I was told throughout the day yesterday they will be blocked yet today I see no one has been blocked. All are there with new ads duplicated also those on top ads still are up there with their against the site policy duplicate top ads. Gumtree sucks big time. I'd created my business using it's platform which was my biggest mistake. I should have stuck with other ways of advertising so I wouldn't be so *****ed now relying on these idiots and struggling to get a single job in 2 weeks. Gumtree has gone so greedy also before it was affordable. Now their prices for top ads are ridiculous. Since the price change and their u fairness I haven't been able to place a top ad in over a yr.
