Gumtree is at it, again.

If theee was a way of giving a negative rating , I would. This is the second time I select pay and ship when selling on gumtree. The first time it took me 25 days to be oaid despite the buyer having received the parcel. This time around, 12 days in and the item I sold on gumtreee still hasn’t been picked up. Gumtree escalates, Pargo escalates and the net result is : nothing. Calls and emails daily, many promises, many excuses yet nothing has been done. The buyer paid on time and is waiting, I have deposited my parcel on time and am waiting. Only gumtree isn’t waiting as they got paid. I asked twice for all this being cancelled and so did the buyer, but somehow gumtree doesn’t answer or comment on this.

This is appalling. Don’t use their service unless you believe this is what service you pay for should be about. Gumtree, stop escalating, start delivering.
