Gumtree deleting my paid ad, blocking account and deleting ads for no legitimate reason, not responding on emails

I have had a very frustrating experience with Gumtree lately and I hope that this might help to sort it out, as I don't know where else to turn. I have been using gumtree to advertise the services of my small console repair business, as I have done for years without problems.

Last week one of my ads was rejected due to the word "mods" being used. Fine, I thought, I will just remove the offending word as my ads are about perfectly legal console repairs anyway, the "mods" was a term used to describe doing case customizations like lights and stickers (also perfectly legal) on playstations and xbox consoles, which nobody seems to understand anyway. Then I saw that gumtree removed ALL my different ads as well as blocked my whole account. Trying to sort out and get my account unblocked so I could fix and repost my ads, I emailed them trying to explain the situation. No response whatsoever.

That being done, I was forced to create a new account to advertise my services, since gumtree didn't want to talk to me at all. All well and good, now my ads got accepted again and I took out the "mods" word anywhere I could see it. Yesterday I posted a new ad for the sale of brand new playstation consoles, perfectly within the rules. Ad got accepted by gumtree and was online, even got 40 views last night. Today I decided I would make it a TOP Ad, paid R345 for it and waited for it to be reviewed and placed.

Nope, can't be that simple it seems. Got an email from gumtree saying my ad was removed due to having multiple accounts. Now my second account is blocked, all my ads removed, AND my paid ad is gone, though they didn't mind taking the R345 from me first. Sent another email trying to clear it up, no response so far. Can't find any number to call customer support on, seems its just email.

So now my question is this - how am I supposed to place legitimate ads from now on on gumtree? Can't make a new account, but old account is blocked and can't communicate about it with them. How can I get my money back for a paid ad that you removed? Why am I being blocked and my ads removed when they fall within the rules? Why don't they give warnings and give people time to edit their ads if something is wrong according to them? And finally, why do they accept my ad when it was free but then remove it once I support them by making a purchase?

All of this doesn't make much sense to me and is frustrating me beyond comprehension. I'm sure one phone call to someone working there could sort it out, but I can't get in contact with anyone from Gumtree. I know there are other options out there (OLX, junkmail) but I don't want to give up on gumtree as I've been using them for years and get a good response from my ads. Why do they make it so hard to post a few ads about selling and repairing videogames? And why do they delete ALL ads AND block the account of a person if one ad is deemed to be against the rules? I've read similar complaints here from people who's ads get deleted for no good reason. If its a paid ad, that's just unacceptable, they shouldn't green light an ad and then remove it later once it was upgraded and reviewed again.

If anyone from gumtree is reading this, could you please unblock one of my accounts and delete the rest, I don't want more than one, you forced me to open another. Also, what can be done about the ad I just paid for for 30 days that got deleted? Is there anything else I must do or must not do to not be blocked again in the future? Please, talk to me.
