Gumtree | Constantly Ignores Complaints
Overall Gumtree's service is very disappointing when it comes to the 'Report Ads' service. Many users who place constant duplicate ads have been reported but Gumtree fails to remove their ads and/or remove their accounts if the desist after warnings. It makes Gumtree look like a ****/spam site.

We have certain processes in place for duplicate ads. When duplicate ads are reported to us they are removed and the user informed of the policy violation. The user's account will be restricted if they continue to post duplicate ads after two warnings.
