Gumtree can't disinguish private lister from Agency

<p> I posted an ad on Gumtree advertising a flat in Cape Town. Gumtree decided that I was an agent posing as private person & removed the ad without checking. After mailing them they simply sent the standard copy & pasted response without verifying my details. Can someone at gumtree please do their job? Time to start looking at alternative online ad platforms</p>
