Gimtree

Good day. We are having problems with gumtree SA not sure what is going on there. But i cant get an email where i can advice them what is happening. They just sent me an email saying my ad is unsuccessful but dont give a reason except to go to terms and conditions. The terms and condition is telling me nothing as to why they won't post my ad. There are a few of us thats having this problem. And just for the record im not using micro soft. Because they did put an ad on gumtree saying microsoft 11 and higher will not be able to post an ad.
