Difficult to get help from Gumtree after spending R764.00 on an Ad

<p>We are having major problems with an Ad We paid for to be posted on Gumtree.co.za for R764. We got massive views in the first 36 hours followed by total stagnantion. After numerous emails one of their Employees managed to respond and offered to bump Our ad which resulted in around 200 more views in 24 hours and again followed by total stagnation. Yesterday I managed to talk to a Live Agent who bumped up Our ad again and We got +250 views but after 24 hrs all has dried up. Our problem is We need our Ad to be seen at all time since We paid R764.00. Trying to get assistance is a hard task since your Live Chat Agents are mostly offline and never get back to Us or you don't respond to emails and there is not phone number to get hold of you. Days are ticking and we need to make the most out of the R764.00.</p>
