Deleting my advert without contacting me

I am very disappointed that a motorbike advert that I posted, that has been up for 3 weeks, suddenly gets deleted by gumtree claiming that I am posing as an 'owner' when I'm actually a 'dealer', which is utter nonsense. The correct approach would be to call me to verify, they have all my details. What they did, just deleting the ad, is very unprofessional. Now I must go through the hassle of reposting the advert that had a lot of techincal information in it. I use gumtree a fair amount and am very disappointed by this. It is annoying and frustrating.
