DELETED ADVERT

Below is my email to GUMTREE without a response. This is one of many times that GUMTREE has deleted my advert. I spend time to write out an advert and it gets deleted. Also, its a large amount of money spent on the advert, and when it is deleted I lose the chance to get business coming in. Business owners pay for adverts monthly thinking they can leave the marketing up to the PAID advert, but GUMTREE decides to mess up every time.

My paid advert has been deleted. I've had this paid advert up for month and nothing has been said about it. When it expires I re-post it and pay the R875 to have it as a top ad.

This is the 3rd time that gumtree does this to me. Why cant they delete the unpaid ads first.

I want my money paid out for all 3 ads that have been deleted thus far. I have also lost business due to the deleted adverts.

When I browse the ads on gumtree I see multiple ads from one user with the same subject lines and info in the desriptions. I only have a total of 5 ads in different categories and mine gets deleted.

Please sort this out!!!!!!!!!!
