Cant upload Gumtree ads

I have used gumtree for many years & only need it every so often to advertise my properties to rent & sometimes a car for sale. i have just tried the "new experience". tried 3 times to load photos to my ad & then upload the ad with no success. tried the help chat on the website & got useless replies. come back to me when you have got it right. i dont have time to check when your "new experience" is working.
