********* Business Practices and no customer service

Absolutely poor customer service and forcing you into a subscription to their own benefit. Sales agent phone me up to offer me Gumtree rewards, telling me it's more value than the money I'm sending. I hadn't heard of the service before and wanted to find out more details and they insisted I complete the sign up process first. The next day I emailed their support and the treatly support to cancel the service. I didn't even authorise their debit order mandate and now I'm sitting out of pocket for a service I did not want. A whole month if emailing and no contact or feedback from their side. I'll be reporting them for ***** as well. Definitely ********* business practices to get a bit of money.
