Bump up Advert on Gumtree

I did a Bump Up Advert for R140 a day 5 days ago and didn't receive what I paid for. No point to boost on Gumtree. They just took my money and now I'm getting ignored after numerous emails I send regarding the advert I paid for. I suppose even if they respond here it will be the same automated message that their support team will look into this. Service is not good and it's not right that I paid for nothing. Very disappointed .
