Blacklisted falsely

I used to use this platform when wanted to sell/buy goods a d it was quite useful before until they blocked or banned me from using their services with no reason, apparently some reported one of my ads falsely accusing me of something, i think they complained about a dog i had up on Gumtree, ive written to them many times about this but im still blacklisted today no real reason, I find it better use OLX anyways because they are more accommodating, i recommend them as an alternative to Gumtree
