Bad Tree

I have had an ad on Gumtree since 2011, and most times when the ad is about to expire they send a notification that it is about to expire and that I must re post it.Which I do,Now 2 days ago they let me know that my ad has expired.I log in ,click on the link,but no joy, I contact them and explain the situation and can they send me a link so that I can re post it, nothing. It takes quite a bit to make up a new ad, all it would take is a bit care and I could re post it. At least reply to my query, no joy,a bit of help is easy to give if you want to ,apparently they don't. Regards David Dry
