Bad service from Gumtree

I had paid to bump up my ad that was activated on 06/06/15. Since then instead of bumping up my ad it has been removed. What happened to the ad and my payment. The ad comp**** with all the rules and regulations. I received a payment confirmation but NO other communication from gumtree. No sign of the ad. I would like a refund. Staff are unhelpful and do not respond.
