Bad Service from gumtree

<p>I have a property in Stellenbosch which I advertised on Gumtree. The property was to lett. The property was previously managed by a agent who I dated for a while. I suspected the agent was mismanaging the letting, so I terminated my mandate with the agent. After terminating the mandate the agent threatend to do lots of things to my property and myself, including reporting me to gumtree flasely as "steeling his photos'' to advertise the property. I seeked legal advise and they assured me he had no right to the photos. The vengfull agent contacted all the companies I advertised at. Includien OLX, Property 24 and Gumtree. OLX and Property 24 contacted me to hear my side of the story, after which the matter was resolved proptly. But gumtree just removed my add, which I payed for, without notifying me or paying back my money. I've been trying to sort out the issue with gumtree for a week, but the agents involved are rarely availabel for consultation and the issue just does not get resolved. I am very unsatisfied with the service from gumtree. They are making a already unpleasant situation more unpleasant.</p>
