bad service

I am highly disappointed at the service i received from jade as contact person for gumtree south africa. On the 11th of November i placed a paid advert for the sale of a kia picanto 1.0 lx, 2013 model for R89500 only to be informed by jade the contact person that my advert was violation there policy of use, when i asked why an advert for the sale of a car should amount to a infringement of their term of use, i was told by jade that it was because my selling price was lower compared to the market value of comparable vehicles and that i should provide them with my banking details so that they could refund me for the advert. I am yet to receive my refund and i wonder why it is gumtree's responsibility to determine the selling price for items posted on their website.
