Bad service

The support of gumtree is ready not upto standard, I have been advertising with them for almost 3 years. When I tried to place a add last week it never posted. I contacted their support and was told my type of product is not available on their platform, or something stupid like that, I rep**** and said that 100's of people sell the same pets on gumtree and that I have been using them for years, to date no one has even mailed back
