Advert on Gumtree - Cat Stevens Tickets
I contacted "Amanda" yesterday saying I was interested in purchasing the tickets. All went smoothly, until I made payment, we are both Standard Bank, but my payment did not go through, and "she" wanted me to do an instant voucher payment as "she" was in a rush to transfer the tickets to my name. And said that she would reimburse me one ticket cost once the money had cleared in my account. I said I did not have the cash to do so, and she said it was fine.
Today I messaged her first thing and asked f the money had reflected and she said yes and as soon as she's back in the office she will transfer the tickets into my name. Then she requested a further R150 for an exchange cost!? I asked what exchange cost, and I have still not received a reply.
I searched the number on my facebook account and a whole different name came up, Bonga Mlamleli living in Cape Town originating from Tanzania.

I paid a total of R1900.00 for these tickets, which I have now lost!
