Ad incorrectly removed - Refund demanded

I used gumtree many times before. I needed to urgently sell Rocking the Daisies tickets. I posted the ad in events section. I received an email after creating (and paying R260 for ad promotion) my ad that it had been posted in the wrong category, and as result, removed.

WHY THE HELL CAN'T YOU JUST MOVE A PAYING CUSTOMERS AD TO THE RIGHT CATEGORY!

SUCH BAD SERVICE.

REFUND.
